Create a six-paneled Comic Strip based on ONE of the following events:
The Missouri Compromise, The Compromise of 1850, California Statehood, Uncle Tom’s Cabin, The Kansas-Nebraska Act, Bloodshed in Kansas, Violence in Congress, The Dred Scott Decision, the Lincoln Douglass Debates, John Brown’s Raid on Harpers Ferry, the Election of 1860, and/ or Secession.
Your Comic Strip should have a minimum of 6 organized panels, 6 completed colored drawings, be free of spelling or grammar errors, and interpret the historical content correctly. (see Rubric below)
You can draw your panels yourself or download and print one of the TEMPLATES located at the TOP OF THIS PAGE! If you download and print, make sure you put templates together to create the correct number of panels.
